We want you to be happy with QuickQuill. This policy explains how refunds work.

Try before you buy

QuickQuill includes a 14-day free trial of the paid meeting workflow (Capture, File Import, summaries, translation, and export), and push-to-talk dictation is free forever. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure the App fits your needs before purchasing.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order completion date.

Please be aware that you have 30 days from the date your order completes to cancel and request a refund. After 30 days, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Email support@quickquill.app from the address you used at checkout, or contact support through your Paddle order receipt. Include your order number if you have it.

How refunds are processed

Purchases are sold through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval. See also Paddle’s Refund Policy.
